Chef and owner, Mr. Keisuke Takeda is now set to launch the third Singapore restaurant in his chain. Ramen Keisuke Tori King in Tanjong Pagar will open November 1, 2012. Keisuke was crowned Tokyo Ramen King of 2011 and Tonkotsu King's Tonkotsu Ramen Special was touted Singapore's Best Ramen Bowl 2012 by TimeOut Singapore.

Keisuke operates 13 outlets in Japan. He has presented various innovative Ramen, for example, Shrimp Ramen and Crab Ramen. And so he is called ramen revolutionist. In Singapore he opened his first Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo at Milleniawalk 2 years ago and 2nd Keisuke Tonkotsu King near Tanjong Pagar station. Those two are concentrated in Tonkotsu Ramen. This time he highlights chicken.

"Tori" in Japanese means "chicken" and  what makes Tori King Ramen exceptional lies in the broth; made from ingredients such as chicken bones, chicken feet, Japanese seaweed and an assortment of vegetables boiled for eight hours to extract their individually essential flavours. These specially selected elements come together to create a tantalizing and creamy chicken broth.

Tori King is located at renowned Amara Hotel. With the luxurious and contemporary interiors of Amara Hotel, Tori King aspires to evoke pure nostalgia with its décor--drawing inspiration from Emperor Hirohito's era, otherwise known as the Showa Period. The Japanese word "Showa" means "the period of enlightened peace", thus Tori King's interior is a throwback to the days of tranquility and a leisurely pace of life in Japan.
