YOSHINOYA revised Chinese business by joint management with Thailand company.

YOSHINOYA HOLDINGS CO., LTD. and the subsidiaries of Thailand multinational company group Charoen Pokphand Group (CP group) have reached a basic agreement to establish within 2012 the joint corporation which contributes 50% respectively to advance the F&B business in China. The franchise business in the YOSHINOYA brand in China is developed now through the YOSHINOYA International, a wholly-owned subsidiary, including a joint venture form with the partner of each area. As of September 2012, it has 305 outlets in China. CP group holds the business network which covers almost all the prefectures, municipality, and autonomous region in China, and has a good relation with the local government. YOSHINOYA wants to increase the outlet deployment speed in China including un-launched areas by using the network of CP group.
