In Singapore create restaurants holdings inc.launched Japanese viking "Chisou Zanmai" and Yakiniku "Haramiya" at Central shopping mall, Clarke Quay in December, 2011. And they opened the third outlet at Plaza Singapura on October 29. It is "HIFUMI", Japanese set meal with all-you-can-eat appetizer bar.

From experience with a Japanese viking Chisou Zanmai, they understand Singaporean-oriented popular model menu and seasoning. For example. salty taste is improper and sweet taste is liked.
